Broadus Services September Update.

Arlington, TX – (October 1, 2024) Broadus Services, LLC is pleased to announce our milestone completion for the month of September, 2024. Our goal is to provide monthly updates of key milestones.

In September we completed thirteen new site leases. This number does not include notices, consents, and amendments for modifications to existing sites.

In September we completed thirty-one sets of final construction drawings. These were for various project types including new site builds, site modifications, microwaves and fiber installations.

In September we received zoning approval for three sites. These were for cell tower builds and a water tower first time installation in CA, FL, and TX.

In September we received building permits for eleven sites. These projects were spread across LA and TX.

In January we completed all SAQ services on twenty-six sites, and released them to construction.
