Broadus Services April Update.

Arlington, TX – (May 1, 2024) Broadus Services, LLC is pleased to announce our milestone completion for the month of April, 2024. Our goal is to provide monthly updates of key milestones.

In April we completed seven new site leases. This number does not include notices, consents, and amendments for modifications to existing sites.

In April we completed forty-six sets of final construction drawings. These were for various project types including new site builds, site modifications, microwaves and fiber installations.

In April we received zoning approval for four sites. These were for a rooftop installations and one new tower build in TX.

In April we received building permits for thirteen sites. These projects were spread across MI and TX.

In April we completed all SAQ services for thirty-five sites, and released them to construction.
