Broadus then navigated the entitlement, design, utility, regulatory, and permitting challenges to deliver a tower that ultimately became a three-carrier site serving all three national wireless carriers.

After multiple firms determined a challenging Lee County search ring was not viable, Broadus took a fresh approach—securing a ground lease in just three weeks and navigating a complex entitlement and multi-agency permitting process.

The result was the first new telecommunications tower approved and built in the jurisdiction since its incorporation 12 years earlier, creating a viable site capable of serving all three national wireless carriers.
